The Guest Services Representative is responsible for managing guest check-ins, check-outs, and coordinating hotel services to ensure guest satisfaction. They also handle daily paperwork, process payments, and promote hotel facilities to optimize the guest experience.
Candidates should have at least one year of experience in hospitality, customer service, or sales, and proficiency with OnQ software. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with the flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
