The Training Supervisor is responsible for developing and delivering learning solutions for operations staff while providing ongoing coaching to ensure skill proficiency. They also manage certification activities, maintain training records, and ensure compliance with safety and process standards.
The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with at least three years of experience in both training and supervision. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is also required.
The Training Supervisor will be based in Milpitas, CA, reporting to the Operations Training Manager. The Training Supervisor will be responsible for developing and delivering learning solutions for the assigned client group(s) within operations and providing on-going coaching and feedback to ensure associates have the necessary skills to meet the requirements of their position.
