Job DetailsJob Location: Rest Assured Sleep Labs - Asheville, NC 28806Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $16.00 - $18.00 HourlyJob Category: Admin - ClericalSummary: Responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and medical facility. The main duty of this position is checking in / out patients, in-coming calls, collection of payments, and scheduling.
Include the following, other duties may be assigned
Checks in daily patients confirming demographics, current insurances, and DME.
Collection of any balances that are due, co-pays, deductibles
Enters Patient forms before appointment
Checks out daily patients, scheduling future appointments
Scanning of documents to patient charts
Educate patients on sleep study and DME process
Call patients to confirm their appointments
Forwarding Sleep Lab daily patient list for sleep studies
Daily deposits and reports
Other related duties as assigned by supervisor.

Dennis Hulsing grew up in Topeka, Kansas and graduated from Kansas State University in 1985 with a B.S. in Business Administration. He has two sons, Kyle and Will, both presently attending Kansas State University. Dennis and his wife, Jill, make their home in Prairie Village, Kansas.
