Provide EHS expertise and strategy to senior leadership while managing regulatory compliance at state and federal levels. Drive continuous improvement and develop short- and long-term EHS programs aligned with corporate goals.
Requires a bachelor's degree in Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related field, with a postgraduate degree preferred. Must have over 8 years of EHS experience, including leadership roles and advanced English proficiency.

Esta posição atuará de forma colaborativa para fornecer expertise e estratégia em Meio Ambiente, Saúde e Segurança (EHS) ao líder sênior e à equipe de liderança local, além de gerenciar diversos aspectos das funções de EHS, incluindo eventuais subordinados diretos da área. O foco principal será impulsionar a melhoria contínua e o desenvolvimento de programas por meio de influência, pensamento orientado a processos, análise de tendências e solução de problemas baseada em dados.
Adicionalmente, esta posição é responsável por garantir a conformidade da unidade com as obrigações regulatórias ocupacionais e ambientais em níveis estadual e federal, bem como com outros requisitos e com os sistemas de gestão ISO 14001:2015 e ISO 45001:2018.
Esta posição desempenhará um papel fundamental no desenvolvimento de estratégias e ações de EHS de curto e longo prazo para a unidade, alinhadas às aspirações corporativas e divisionais da Hyster-Yale. Também será responsável por liderar, influenciar e facilitar a entrega eficaz e consistente de programas e iniciativas de EHS na unidade.
