The Patient Care Technician manages the flow between front-end and clinical operations by taking patient histories, vitals, and performing various lab tests. They also handle reception duties, occupational medicine testing, and assist providers with clinical exams and documentation.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least 6 months of experience as a PCT or equivalent certification. Preferred qualifications include EMT or Medical Assistant certifications and experience in Urgent Care or Occupational Medicine.
