The Maintenance Technician Lead is responsible for performing a wide range of repairs including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks within an apartment community. They must also provide exceptional customer service and maintain property machinery to ensure resident satisfaction.
Candidates must have 1-2 years of experience in commercial or multi-unit residential property maintenance and possess a High School Diploma or GED. Strong technical skills in building maintenance and the ability to work weekends are required.
