The Treatment Plan Coordinator manages the front desk, handling patient scheduling, insurance verification, and financial collections. They are responsible for explaining dental procedures and policies to patients while ensuring a smooth office workflow.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate's degree preferred. Between 1-5 years of experience in customer service, insurance, or dental environments is preferred along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
