The Sales Support Coordinator serves as a vital link between our Sales, Product Management and Operating teams, supporting the quoting process, leading tender bid requests and quarterly pricing reviews, and facilitating seamless communication across other departments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
This position will be located at the Corporate Headquarters for Wanzl North America (WNA) in Denver NC.

Duties and Responsibilities
Support RFP processes initiated by customers, including:
Gather necessary information, such as company credentials, product/service details, pricing, case studies, and references. In partnership with Sales, submit questions to the customer if any RFP requirements are unclear.
Prepare draft responses for standard and custom RFP questions, ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer needs. Tailor content to address the specific requirements and pain points outlined in the RFP.
Develop data and presentation materials to support RFP’s
Act as RFP Project Manager to develop and manage a response timeline, ensuring all tasks are completed before the submission deadline. Coordinate with internal stakeholders (sales, R&D. product management) to ensure progress on responsibilities for different RFP sections.
Prepare Customer Quotes:
Analyze customer requirements and specifications to develop detailed and accurate quotes.
Utilize pricing models and cost estimation techniques to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
Consider factors such as materials, labor, delivery timelines, and other relevant costs in quote preparation.
Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and tailor quotes accordingly.
Coordinate with procurement and supply chain departments to obtain accurate cost information.
Liaise with production and operations teams to verify feasibility and delivery schedules.
Customer & VIP Visitor Coordination:
Assist with behind-the-scenes logistics for Sales and Executive-level customer and VIP visits or events, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting room preparations.
Support the Sales lead by coordinating details and ensuring a professional experience, while the Sales lead manages primary communication and overall planning with the customer or visitor.
Marketing & Tradeshow Support:
Assist with administrative and logistical support for sales-related marketing initiatives and events.
Support the creation, inventory management, and timely restocking of marketing materials in collaboration with the Marketing team.
Manage social media postings and other marketing communications as directed.
Maintain up-to-date product information (pricing, part numbers, descriptions, images, etc.) across all customer-facing platforms (catalogues, portals, e-commerce, etc.). Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Sales, Marketing) to gather and verify the latest product data. Ensure data consistency and accuracy across all channels.
Develop documentation of business processes, policies and priorities

Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree required
3+ years’ experience in sales support, quoting, or project coordination roles (preferred)
Strong analytical and numberical skills with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite with Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint
Proficiency in handling large datasets, spreadsheets (Excel), and pricing information management
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
Ability to troubleshoot data discrepancies and resolve issues efficiently
Experience planning, coordinating, and executing updates as part of project management
