The Inside Sales Representative provides customer service and sales support for retail customers, including product inquiries, estimates, and order processing. They also assist with store operations such as inventory control, housekeeping, and maintaining safety standards.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least six months of sales-related experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems, along with strong communication and customer service skills, is required.

PURPOSE
Under direct supervision, provides sales and customer service activities primarily related to retail customers utilizing knowledge of sales techniques and industry knowledge.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and six (6) months sales-related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
