The Assistant Facilities Manager is responsible for monitoring building systems, managing vendor contracts, and conducting regular property inspections to ensure asset integrity. They also handle tenant service requests, manage portfolio budgets, and participate in an on-call rotation for facility maintenance needs.
Candidates must have at least two years of related experience and a working knowledge of commercial building systems like HVAC and electrical. A bachelor's degree in Facility or Construction Management is preferred, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and a valid driver's license.

This position is also responsible for performing tasks and assignments, working independently, developing subject knowledge and exercising judgement and initiative. Receives work assignments in terms of team objectives, and specific tasks in terms of individual and collective priorities and deadlines. Work is reviewed for individual technical accuracy, compliance to program objectives, budget management, and timely independent task execution. Responsible for 100% of allocated portfolio budget and assigned a specific portfolio of properties not weighted above 1.25. These duties are accomplished while delivering Raving Fans customer service to both internal and external customers.
