The reporter is responsible for identifying and investigating compelling community stories to inform the public in a factual and timely manner. Duties include conducting interviews, verifying information, writing stories for publication or broadcast, and collaborating with the editorial team.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree and possess six months to one year of related experience in journalism or newspaper work. A valid driver's license and proficiency in computer research tools and news photography are also required.
