The Care Partner is responsible for assisting residents with personal care, activities of daily living, and housekeeping tasks to ensure their well-being. They must also communicate effectively with the wellness team and respond promptly to resident needs while maintaining a safe and supportive environment.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for Certified Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aid certification. The role requires the ability to follow instructions, handle emergency situations, and demonstrate a compassionate approach to senior care.
