The Resident Experience Ambassador facilitates daily activities such as games, crafts, and outings to engage residents and improve their quality of life. They are also responsible for documenting attendance, reporting resident concerns, and assisting with transportation needs.
Candidates should have previous experience in event planning and working with seniors, along with the ability to operate standard office equipment and software. A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record is required to perform driving duties.
