Position Summary
The Human Resources Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the HR department and RMC leadership team in support of the company mission. This role assists with day-to-day HR functions, including employee records management, onboarding, payroll support, Learning Management System, compliance, HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
Support onboarding and offboarding processes (new hire setup, orientation coordination, exit documentation)
Support day to day Human Resource Operations
Maintain and update employee records in ADP
Full cycle payroll processing
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws
Coordinate HR communications, meetings, and training sessions
Full cycle recruitment activities to include job posting, candidate screening, scheduling interviews and preparing offer materials
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information
Schedule interviews, meetings on behalf of HR Director, hiring managers and Chief Operating Officer
ADP-Specific Responsibilities
Review and audit timekeeping entries in ADP Workforce Now
Point of contact for payroll processing, including reviewing pending approvals and resolving discrepancies
Generate standard and ad hoc reports from ADP as needed
Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the ADP system
Qualifications & Skills
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
1–3 years of administrative or HR support experience
Experience with ADP or similar HRIS system preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
