The Wellness Nurse manages medication administration, resident care plans, and documentation while serving as the Charge Nurse in the absence of leadership. They are responsible for ensuring a safe environment and coordinating with care partners to provide professional resident services.
Candidates must hold a valid LVN, LPN, or RN license and possess Basic First Aid and CPR certifications. Two years of experience in a senior living environment is preferred along with strong communication and organizational skills.
