Oversees the health and wellness department, ensuring high-quality resident care and adherence to regulatory guidelines. Manages the wellness team, coordinates medical services, and handles pre-admission screenings and care plan conferences.
Requires a nursing license (RN, LPN, or LVN) and 3-5 years of department head experience in Assisted Living or a related field. Must be CPR certified with a valid driver's license and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities:
