Outdoor Network is seeking an experienced Corporate Trainer to join our Human Resources team and lead employee learning and development initiatives across our growing organization.
Reporting directly to the HR Director, this position is responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving training programs that support employees across our marine dealerships, manufacturing facilities, distribution centers, e-commerce operations, and corporate offices. You'll partner with leaders throughout the organization to develop engaging training that strengthens onboarding, leadership development, operational consistency, compliance, customer service, and employee performance.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys public speaking, building training programs from the ground up, and traveling up to 25% to support employees and leaders across multiple business units. If you're passionate about developing people and creating engaging learning experiences, this role offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact on employee development and organizational success.
