The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and secure environment through routine custodial services and equipment inspections. They also manage facility assets, coordinate outside service providers, and assist with budget planning and safety compliance.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or G.E.D. and at least three years of experience in facility operations. A valid driver's license, satisfactory driving record, and the ability to pass a background check and TB test are required.

POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Facilities Coordinator attends to janitorial and custodial services of a routine, recurring, or usual nature. The Facilities Coordinator will plan for and execute future improvement needs by scheduling appropriate outside services. There are also strategic concerns, such as an imperative to follow best practices, meet productivity and efficient standards, and satisfy legal and safety requirements.
