The Ops Facilitator manages the preparation and staging of teleoperation kits and robots for data collection shifts. They are responsible for inventory tracking, equipment readiness verification, and coordinating with shift leads to ensure seamless operations.
Candidates must be highly organized, reliable, and capable of standing for 8+ hours in a fast-paced environment. Mechanical aptitude and the flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, are required.

As an Ops Facilitator, you will be the backbone of our teleop data collection operation. You are the person who makes sure every pilot walks onto the floor ready to go. You will stage equipment, prep robots, assign kits, and ensure nothing is left to chance before the shift starts. When collection runs smoothly, it is because you made it happen.
This role requires flexibility to work across varying shifts, including nights.
This is a six-month fixed-term agreement, with potential for longer-term opportunities depending on your contributions and interests.
The US hourly rate for this full-time position is $28/hr.
The pay offered for this position may vary based on several individual factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package may also include additional components/benefits depending on the specific role. This information will be shared if an employment offer is extended.
