Description du poste
Afin de compléter notre équipe de salle, nous recrutons un/une assistant(e) Chef sommelier à temps plein en CDI.
Nous recherchons des talents mais avant tout des collaborateurs/collaboratrice avec un état d’esprit volontaire, positif et dynamique pour renforcer notre équipe !
Vos missions :
Assurer l'accueil et le conseil des clients concernant les vins, champagnes, spiritueux et boissons sans alcool.
Participer à la présentation de la carte des vins et aux recommandations d'accords mets et boissons.
Effectuer le service des vins dans le respect des standards de l'établissement.
Garantir une expérience client personnalisée, élégante et irréprochable.
Assister le Chef Sommelier dans la gestion quotidienne de la cave.
Participer aux inventaires périodiques.
Assurer la réception, le contrôle et le rangement des marchandises.
Participer au suivi des stocks et signaler les besoins d'approvisionnement.
Contribuer à la mise à jour des supports commerciaux et de la carte des boissons.
Participer à la veille œnologique et aux dégustations professionnelles.
Assister le Chef Sommelier dans la recherche de nouveaux producteurs et références.
Contribuer à l'élaboration des accords mets et vins.
Participer au développement de l'offre de boissons sans alcool et des accords alternatifs.
Encadrer et accompagner les commis sommeliers, stagiaires ou apprentis.
Veiller au respect des procédures, des standards qualité et des règles d'hygiène.
