The Construction Survey Coordinator manages construction staking schedules, coordinates with field crews and project managers, and ensures accurate project deliverables. They also prepare competitive estimates and proposals while maintaining cost databases and tracking project budgets.
Candidates must have at least 4 years of land surveying experience, including 2 years in construction staking coordination and 2 years in estimating. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Excel is required, along with a strong understanding of land development processes.

This hybrid role requires both strong organizational skills and technical knowledge to bridge the gap between the field, office, and client.
