Responsibilities

Coordinate the flow of goods between Oscar and other Solina entities to ensure stable supply and high delivery security. Develop supply plans based on forecasts and capacity while acting as a key user for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 transition.

Requirements

Requires a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent and 1-3 years of experience in supply or production planning. Candidates must be proficient in English and a Nordic language, with strong analytical skills and advanced Excel knowledge.

Supply Chain Planner

Vi søger en intercompany Supply Chain Planner til vores nordiske Supply Chain-team. Du bliver en del af et team bestående af planlæggere inden for demand, supply, production, warehousing and logistics, som alle refererer til Head of Demand Supply Planning & Customer Service. Vores fælles mål er at sikre høj kundeservice, de rette lagerbeholdninger og løbende forbedringer i vores supply chain.

Som Supply Chain Planner får du en central rolle med ansvar for, at varer flyder effektivt mellem Oscar og resten af Solina-koncernen. Du bliver den centrale drickraft mellem Oscar og Solinas selskaber i Europa, hvor du gennem tæt samarbejde sikrer et stabilt vareflow og høj leveringssikkerhed. Rollen kræver, at du arbejder struktureret med data og samtidig trives med at samarbejde tæt med kolleger på tværs af produktion, kundeservice og supply chain i flere europæiske lande

Dine primære opgaver vil være:

  • Planlægge og koordinere vareflow mellem Oscar og de øvrige Solina-enheder
  • Udarbejde og vedligeholde supply plans og ordrer baseret på prognoser, lagerpolitik og kapacitet
  • Understøtte Customer Service i håndteringen af Make-to-Order (MTO)
  • Validere forecasts fra markeder og sikre korrekt data i vores planlægningssystem
  • Deltage i projekter inden for supply chain og bidrage til løbende forbedringer
  • Være key user i overgangen til Microsoft Dynamics 365

Din erfaring og dine kvalifikationer:

  • 1-3 års erfaring med supply planning, produktionsplanlægning eller indkøb
  • Bachelorgrad eller højere uddannelse inden for Supply Chain Management eller tilsvarende.
  • Du arbejder struktureret og analytisk og trives med at løse komplekse problemstillinger
  • Kendskab til Navision og Dynamics 365 er en fordel
  • Solid erfaring med Microsoft Excel
  • Flydende engelsk samt et nordisk sprog
