Key Responsibilities
Lead FRED’s lease renewal process and community retention initiatives through ongoing relationship management and organizing resident events. Manage the lease process including leasing, application assistance, screening, lease preparation, and move ins with accuracy ensuring resident satisfaction and meeting target occupancy levels. Oversee delinquencies and initiate the eviction process when necessary, maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations to maintain financial balance of the property. Responsible for the properties resident contact for renewals and creating renewal lease paperwork. Play a key role in accounting and financial matters, e.g. collecting rent, posting payments, uploading invoices, and updating monthly financial statements. Assist with social media and other marketing campaigns, contributing to our property's visibility and reputation.
General Requirements
Prior experience in property management, sales, banking, teaching, or hospitality industry is preferred but not required. Experience with property management software preferred. Adhere to fair housing laws, OSHA/Safety regulations, and company policies (training provided). Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license with good driving record, and auto insurance are required. Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate how fantastic it is to live at one of FRED’s properties.
Schedule
M - F 9am - 6pm; some Saturday hours as needed
