The Field Investigator conducts on-site accident investigations, performs in-person interviews, and gathers evidence to support insurance claims. They are responsible for drafting detailed investigative reports and managing case documentation within company systems.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of SIU experience in an investigative or insurance role and possess a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle. An associate's or bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice or a related field is preferred, along with an active Private Investigator license.

JOB SUMMARY:
Our dynamic Ethos team is seeking a Special Unit Investigations (SIU) Field Investigator to conduct field investigations, gather and analyze evidence, and produce detailed reports that support claims decisions. You'll work both independently and collaboratively, often traveling to accident scenes, interviewing witnesses, and uploading documentation into our claims system.
