The Donor Relations Manager implements strategic annual giving programs to engage donors through direct mail, digital communications, and personalized stewardship. The role involves identifying donor prospects, managing volunteers, and leveraging data to increase giving levels for the Riverside Healthcare Foundation.
A bachelor's degree and one to three years of direct fundraising experience are preferred. Candidates should possess strong skills in moves-management, donor engagement strategies, and proficiency with CRM or donor database software.
