This role partners with store leadership to support recruiting, talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, HR compliance, training, benefits administration, performance management, and associate engagement.
The HR Lead serves as a resource for associates and leaders while helping build a workplace culture centered around People First, Integrity, Attitude, Initiative, Teamwork, Accountability, and Continuous Improvement.
