The Specimen Processor is responsible for preparing, labeling, and routing laboratory specimens for analysis while maintaining accurate patient data entry. They must also ensure production goals are met and resolve any issues related to specimen quality.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent and have the ability to handle biological specimens in a fast-paced environment. Preferred qualifications include at least 3 months of experience in specimen processing or a medical/laboratory setting.

LabCorp is seeking a Specimen Processor to join our team in Tampa, FL.
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8PM - 4:30 AM with rotating weekends.

Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan.
