The Purchasing Manager is responsible for developing, negotiating, and executing sourcing agreements while managing trade partner relationships to ensure quality and schedule adherence. They also monitor divisional costs, validate pricing, and implement material sourcing strategies to optimize supply chain flow.
Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in sourcing and managing supplier relationships, preferably within the national homebuilding industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong analytical skills, and a college degree are required for this role.

The Purchasing Manager is responsible for developing, negotiating, and executing division sourcing agreements for specific spend categories.
This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office supplies weighing 25 pounds or less. Finger dexterity is required to operate computer keyboard, calculator and telephone equipment.
