The ROI Specialist is responsible for processing medical record requests in accordance with HIPAA guidelines and maintaining accurate logs in the database. They also provide customer support by answering phone calls and assisting walk-in customers at the client site.
Candidates must have at least one year of data entry experience and proficiency with computer applications. A High School Diploma or GED is required, while knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA regulations is preferred.
