The analyst manages import and export regulatory compliance by maintaining the Harmonized Classification Database and ensuring shipments meet U.S. and international laws. They coordinate with customs brokers and government agencies to handle valuations, certifications, and export control classifications.
Requires a B.S. degree with 2 years of customs experience or 6 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel formulas, and strong communication skills are essential.
The Import & Export Compliance Analyst is responsible for the Import and Export regulatory compliance. The position supports STERIS’ import and export activities through monitoring and maintaining the STERIS Compliance Program. The position ensures that STERIS international shipments are handled in an efficient manner while meeting all international Customs and U.S. government export and import laws.

Preferred
Pay range for this opportunity is $57,800.00 - $74,800.00. This position is eligible for bonus participation.
Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed. Pay rates are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to local labor market costs, years of relevant experience, education, professional certifications, foreign language fluency, etc.
