TruPartner Credit Union is looking for a proven closer for our consumer loans. Reporting to the VP of Lending, you'll be the final quality control checkpoint, notary, and closing officer for all four Cincinnati branches. This mobile role travels between branches to take over the lending pipeline from Member Service Representatives (MSRs) once loans are approved, reviewing files, catching documentation gaps, notarizing, and executing error-free closings before funds go out to members.

Our members are also our owners, and every dollar we make goes back into better rates, better service, and a better experience for the people who trust us with their financial lives. You'll work alongside people who care about doing things right and take pride in serving the Cincinnati community with integrity.
Based out of the Main Office, serving all locations. Core coverage is Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and Saturday 9 AM to 1 PM, with the specific schedule divided among the MSR team and manager.
This is a 100% in-office role, not available remote, in a fast-paced environment driven by monthly funding goals and legal timelines. Daily local travel between branches is required (mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate), and you'll carry a credit union laptop and notary kit between offices.
