The Trim Team Member is responsible for inspecting doors for defects, verifying production tickets, and entering data into the system. They also assist with down-stacking, pushing doors to the paint booth, and recording rejects.
Candidates must be able to read production tickets, use a tape measure, and possess basic math and computer skills. The role requires the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 10-12 hour shifts.
