The Plant Leader oversees manufacturing operations and production staff to ensure quality products are delivered on time. They are responsible for full P&L management and driving efficiency through TPM deployment and safety compliance.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business or Operations Management and at least 8 years of management experience in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in MS Office and general accounting knowledge are also required.
