The RV Technician will diagnose, repair, and maintain various recreational vehicle systems including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC components. They are also responsible for documenting work accurately and collaborating with service advisors to ensure high-quality customer service.
Candidates must have previous professional RV technician or related service experience and strong diagnostic skills. A valid driver's license and the ability to perform physical tasks associated with vehicle repair are required.

Blue Compass RV Austin and Airstream of Austin are looking for experienced RV Technicians to join our growing Service teams!
Both locations are hiring, but all interviews will be held at the Blue Compass RV Austin location.
COMPENSATION: $25.00-$35.00/hourly
The Role: As an RV Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of recreational vehicle systems and components while providing the quality workmanship our customers expect. We are seeking dependable, experienced technicians who take pride in their work and are committed to completing repairs correctly and efficiently.
