The Sales Promoter is responsible for providing comprehensive support to dealerships regarding credit applications, documentation, and disbursements for GM Financial. They also manage internal and external customer service inquiries and PQR (petitions, complaints, and requests) resolution.
Candidates must hold a professional, technical, or technologist degree in administrative fields such as Business Administration, Economics, or Finance. A minimum of one year of sales experience in financing companies is required, with preference given to those familiar with the automotive sector.

Realizar la radicación y sustentación de créditos en los segmentos Nuevos, Usados & Buses y Camiones, elaboración de títulos valores, toma de firmas a clientes, cargue de información y documentos para desembolsos, atención y servicio a clientes internos o externos en cuanto a PQR emitidos a GMF.
La persona debe tener un buen servicio y atención al cliente, habilidades en relaciones interpersonales, comunicación asertiva, tener la competencia de trabajo bajo presión y orientación al logro.
