Job Description

Hybrid: This role requires being on site 3 days per week.

What you will do (Responsibilities)

-Act as a liaison between GM, it's dealerships, or IAM stores
-Facilitating mentorship and consulting to ensure monthly / yearly sales and service objectives are met
-Track dealership Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) or other customer feedback resources to identify and address deficiencies or opportunities
-Assist in product launches to ensure streamlined marketing and advertising between dealer, IAMs and GM
-Build and manage relationships
-Monitor personnel training and ensure compliance with GM requirements/objectives
-Assist with inventory management, including vehicle and or parts ordering and inventory stabilizing
-Analyze dealer sales, local market, and competition to identify revenue opportunities
-Increase sales of GM vehicles and parts to its customers
-Assist in customer problem resolution
-Performs other related duties as assigned

Your skills and abilities (Required Qualifications)

• Ability to manage regional targets, analyze commercial performance, and prepare executive business performance reports.

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, or related fields (mandatory).

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in commercial management, dealer management, or similar roles (mandatory).

• Experience in the automotive industry, retail segment (mandatory).

• Intermediate English level, with the ability to participate in business meetings and deliver presentations (mandatory).

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (mandatory).

• Availability to work under a hybrid model (3 days on site).

• Availability for national travel to manage and support the assigned dealer network.

What can give you a competitive edge (Preferred Qualifications)

• Knowledge of English and/or Portuguese (preferred).

• Familiarity with Power BI or other business intelligence tools (preferred).

This means the selected candidate is expected to report to a specific location at least 3 times a week {or other frequency dictated by their manager}. The selected candidate will be required to travel <25% for this role. This job is not eligible for relocation benefits. Any relocation costs would be the responsibility of the selected candidate.
