The Parts Advisor manages and organizes RV parts inventory while assisting customers and service technicians in identifying and purchasing the correct components. They are also responsible for monitoring stock levels, processing orders, and promoting sales of accessories to enhance the customer experience.
Candidates should have previous customer service experience and a basic understanding of the RV or camping lifestyle. A valid driver's license is mandatory, along with the ability to use a computer for inventory management and internet research.
THE ROLE: As an RV Parts Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our RV dealership by managing and organizing the inventory of RV parts and accessories. You will assist customers and service technicians in identifying, locating, and purchasing the right parts for their recreational vehicles. This role requires strong customer service skills, a solid understanding of RV components, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
