The Guest Service Associate is responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience while achieving sales goals and assisting with daily administrative tasks. They must educate guests on products and services, manage reservations, and maintain a clean and organized center environment.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of customer service or retail sales experience. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills are required, along with the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
The primary responsibility of a Guest Service Associate (GSA) is creating an exceptional guest experience while achieving sales goals and assisting management with daily administrative tasks. This individual must have a willingness to initiate genuine conversation & connection while educating guests on product + service recommendations. Some essential functions, behaviors, and expectations include:
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is performed sitting and standing at a desk and working on a computer, with times of prolonged standing, walking, bending, kneeling. The associate must lift and/or move items over 25 pounds.
