Job Summary:
Responsibility for maintaining and overseeing the company grounds, buildings, and building-related equipment to ensure that the workplace is safe, functional, and in compliance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations throughout the Braun Intertec Network. Primary focus is operations of the Corporarte Headquarters including on-site system upkeep; workplace experience; vendor and soft services oversight. Responsibilities also include multi-building portfolio governance and support.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
Demonstrates initiative by identifying solutions, gathering information and completed assigned projects with minimal supervision
Prepares expense reports and codes invoices in adherence with company policies, procedures, and deadlines
Works closely with operations and facilities team to manage projects and resource flow
Provides hands-on technical competence in HVAC diagnostics, electrical troubleshooting, and general building maintenance
Oversees day-to-day building operations to support the organization and help maintain a positive workplace environment
Provides leadership in coordinating office space and equipment operation and maintenance while fostering strong vendor relationships
Drives consistency throughout organization by leveraging common suppliers and standards in sourcing activities, including both indirect and capital purchases
Identifies and implements opportunities to improve operational effectiveness and drive cost savings across the organization.
Work closely with other members of the Sourcing and Asset Management team to manage project and workflows including backing up critical job functions of other team members
Performs other duties as assigned

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DEMANDS:
Essential: Hearing and vision (both correctable), continuous sitting or standing at desk or workstation, wrist turning, grasping, pinching, and finger manipulation, other physical requirements typical of working on a computer and talking on a phone (30%-50% of the time worked); frequent walking, lifting or carrying up to 40 lbs, turning and twisting (20%-50% of the time worked); occasional reaching, lifting or carrying up to 30 lbs, and push/pull up to 20 lbs (11%-29% of the time worked); rarely taste/smell, stooping, kneeling, crawling, climbing ladders, lifts or scaffolding (0-9% of the time worked).
