The Customer Operations Representative will manage key accounts, track shipments, and coordinate pickup and delivery appointments. They are responsible for entering load data into the Transportation Management System and resolving any shipment or billing issues that arise.
Candidates should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. One year of experience in sales, customer service, or the transportation industry is preferred.
