Reporting to the National Account Fleet Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships at a local level, ensuring service performance is delivered, and supporting the ongoing growth of National Accounts.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role combing relationship management, operational support, and data-driven insights, with limited travel required.

What You'll Be Doing

• Acting as the primary contact for assigned customers.
• Building strong relationships across multiple stakeholder levels.
• Managing site visits, call cycles, and ongoing customer engagement.
• Delivering monthly KPI reports, QBR support, and fleet insights.
• Analysing utilisation, performance, and cost data to drive improvements.
• Supporting equipment installations, site surveys, and inductions.
• Coordinating short-term rentals and ensuring delivery timelines are met.
• Working closely with Service and Branch teams to resolve issues and improve outcomes.
