The Engineer Principal is responsible for developing and executing compressed air purification solutions for the APAC region while coordinating with global teams and manufacturing partners. Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree or higher in mechanical or process engineering and possess at least 8 years of industrial engineering experience. Proficiency in 3D CAD software, engineering change management, and strong project coordination skills are required.

The Engineer Principal is responsible for developing and executing standard and engineered Compressed Air Purification Solutions for the APAC region, working closely with global engineering teams, regional sales, and manufacturing partners to deliver high-quality, customer-centric solutions.
The position leads to the engineering execution of customized customer projects, including technical solution development, design validation, and cross-functional coordination to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery that meets both customer needs and Donaldson's quality standards.
