The Painting Supervisor leads daily painting and assembly operations to ensure safety, quality, and productivity targets are met. They are responsible for coordinating surface preparation, training staff, and maintaining compliance with technical and safety standards.
Candidates must hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience and 3-5 years of experience in industrial painting processes are required.

The Painting Supervisor is responsible for leading daily painting operations to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.
