The Senior Quality Engineer ensures products and processes meet customer, regulatory, and business requirements through technical leadership and risk-based decision making. Candidates need experience in manufacturing or engineering with proficiency in Root Cause Analysis and QMS principles. A degree or apprenticeship in engineering and experience with electrical/electronic products are preferred.

The Senior Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring products and processes consistently meet defined customer, regulatory, and business requirements.
The role provides technical leadership in quality, driving supplier performance, risk‑based decision making, and continuous improvement, while supporting the effective operation of BOFA’s Business Management System (BMS).
This role acts as a key interface between Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, and external suppliers, ensuring quality risks are understood, controlled, and reduced.
