The Life Enrichment Coordinator plans, implements, and facilitates social and recreational programs for residents while managing the campus volunteer program. They are also responsible for maintaining on-campus communication channels and assisting with resident care planning and orientation.
The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate's degree preferred. Candidates must have at least two years of experience working with senior adults and possess strong organizational and communication skills.
