The Assistant Store Manager supports the store manager in motivating associates to deliver outstanding customer service and driving store sales. They are responsible for executing daily operations, training staff, and implementing solutions to meet store goals.
Candidates must be available to work a flexible rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts. The role requires strong leadership skills to coach associates and the ability to build relationships to grow the business.
