The Senior Property Accountant will prepare and review month-end financial statements for regional properties in accordance with GAAP while serving as the primary accounting contact for internal teams. They will also provide leadership to property accountants, assist with special transactions, and collaborate on portfolio-wide projects.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in accounting or a related discipline and intermediate knowledge of GAAP. Preferred qualifications include 2-4 years of accounting experience and proficiency with JD Edwards software.

We are seeking a Senior Property Accountant to join our corporate office located in Jacksonville, FL. This is a hybrid opportunity with 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely after the training period. This individual will prepare and/or review month-end financial statements for regional properties in accordance with GAAP, serve as the primary accounting contact for Property Management and Leasing teams, and perform account reviews, reconciliations, and leasing transaction accounting. They will also provide leadership and support to property accountants, collaborate with other Accounting & Reporting functions on projects, and assist with special transactions as needed.
