Full job description
In short:
The Senior Lead - Integrated Campaigns role will report to Head of Marketing Management supporting the Training, Tennis, and Movement Lifestyle verticals. As a key member of the North American marketing team, you will own the regional marketing strategy for your assigned verticals, bringing together global brand campaigns, product storytelling, and local initiatives to drive business growth. You will work cross-functionally to maximize marketing’s commercial impact, while ensuring the brand shows up consistently and powerfully across all channels. This is a highly collaborative, strategic role that requires strong leadership, executional excellence, and a passion for delivering integrated consumer experiences.
This role is a 3-month contract role and will be available through the end of 2026.
Your Mission:
Own the end-to-end NA regional marketing strategy for assigned verticals, combining global brand and product campaigns with localized initiatives rooted in consumer insights and regional business needs
Activate and optimize marketing initiatives across key channels — including digital, retail, media, events, and influencer partnerships — to maximize commercial impact for your verticals
Serve as the primary NA point of contact for global campaign teams, providing input on global brand and product strategies, and owning regional OKRs and key marketing KPIs tied to business outcomes
Develop regional “Always On” strategies to extend global brand work into lower-funnel, commercially focused activities, ensuring full-funnel engagement across the consumer journey
Lead the regional implementation of priority brand stories across channels, including strategy development, stakeholder alignment, channel planning, budget ownership, and execution management.
Identify gaps in plans, anticipate cross-functional needs, and proactively influence stakeholders to drive solution-oriented, business-first thinking
Your Story:
7+ years of experience building and scaling multi-channel, integrated marketing programs across digital, media, influencer partnerships, retail, and events, with proven impact on brand growth and commercial results
Deep understanding of consumer journeys, segmentation, product lifecycles, and sales channels; passionate about translating insights into actionable marketing strategies
Strong critical thinking skills and bias toward action—you drive ideas forward efficiently, balancing input from multiple stakeholders without losing momentum
Skilled at building influence, cultivating cross-functional partnerships, and aligning diverse teams around shared goals
Strategic communicator with the ability to set a clear vision, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly to shifting business needs and timelines
Experience owning KPIs and OKRs tied to both brand health and business performance
Willingness to travel 30% to On’s global hubs and key markets to support key launches, market activations, and cross-functional collaboration
