PRODUCTION WORKER
Production Worker Qualifications and Experience:
High School graduate with post high school business course work preferred
Industrial or manufacturing experience with customer service
Forklift Operator with current certification
Computer Skills with Microsoft Office experience required
Production Worker Responsibilities:
Works on production floor to fulfill production duties as needed.
Operate forklift safely to move materials.
Ability to read and follow standard operating procedures.
Provide customer service, order fulfillment and shipping for online order fulfillment customers.
Process paperwork for incoming and outgoing orders.
Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a clean, organized work environment.
Good communication skills with internal and external customers.
Work independently and make decisions consistent with the goals and philosophies of ODC.
Responsible for quality of work.
Production Worker Requirements:
Ability to facilitate, initiate and respond to verbal, written, computerized, telephone and fax communications.
Mobility to access various locations within/outside ODC facilities.
Ability to perform quality inspection according to ODC’s and/or customer’s requirements.
Ability to operate various office equipment and technology.
Standing, sitting, walking frequently required.
Lifting 25 – 35 lbs occasionally.
