Provide climbing instruction and guidance while ensuring a safe environment for members and guests. Monitor the climbing area, maintain equipment, and assist with classes and events.
Requires a high school degree or equivalent and the ability to perform physical tasks like scaling walls and lifting 20 lbs. Candidates must obtain First Aid and CPR/AED certifications within 60 days of hire.
