Provide climbing instruction and guidance while ensuring a safe environment for members and guests. Monitor the climbing area, maintain equipment, and assist with classes and events.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to perform physical tasks like scaling walls and lifting 20 lbs. Candidates must obtain First Aid and CPR/AED certifications within 60 days of hire.
Provides general climbing instruction and guidance in a fun, enthusiastic, and safety-focused environment. Encourages members and guests to further develop their climbing abilities and physical fitness. Grows and maintains impactful connections with members. Provides excellent customer service and climbing instruction that exemplify the Life Time Way.
